कविता: mera yaad sheher

Mai ho sake to laut aau ghar abi,
 kagaz ke jahazo pe,
in imarato me padi dararon se..

Nazar utha us phone se,  koi dekhne ko razi tak nahi,
Ab muskuraau bhi to palat ke koi jawab na de..

Khud ki phechan banane aai hu meelo dur,
na ksi chehre ne ,na kisi raaste ne mujhe pehechana..

Ab un jane pehchaane chehro ko Dhundti hu
 Kabi facebook ki pe..
Kabi mere sheher ko jati us rail me..

Ek khaali frame si ban gyi hai zindgi,
Sabse achi tasveer lagane ki chah me..

poem: the futile chase

I want to write it all and let it flow, Hoping to ease my veins and will help me  to let you go. I want to cry it all and flood this night with tears. Want to wash away memories and shout out your name loud like nobody cares. When I try to leave it all  and rest for a while, all I see a face floating  with that charismatic smile. I year for you every moment,at every place Hoping someday flashbacks will stop And my heart will leave this futile chase.. #medhajoshiscribbles

In such tough times, I observe all my past falls closely, and it gives me a relief that it was pretty tough  but you managed to get up and walk again. All the lows of my life come back to me, telling the tail that you are more than you think. That one time you felt like this could not be more worse, you learnt a wonderful lesson. Some falls taught patience, some falls gave courage, some falls made me learn how to get up and walk again, and some were pain in heart for life.  It each time you managed to walk again anyhow.  It also happens that sometimes this is not enough to stand up again, then here are few more techniques- 1.
